In a session with Sally you will lie fully clothed on a massage table. She will then place her hands on your body in sequences of positions to awaken your body’s natural healing ability.
Unlike massage, a Reiki session does not involve any form of physical manipulation. During your session, you may feel warmth or cold, a tingling sensation, slight twitching, or you may feel deeply relaxed and calm.
Sally will give you the option of listening to relaxing music and enjoying the aroma of essential oils in the background while you gently close your eyes (or you are welcome to keep them open if you prefer) and let the healing begin.
Whether you prefer to rest in silence or chat with Sally, the reiki will flow.
