This 30 minute Discovery Call is recommended for those looking to jump into a program of meditation on a regular basis or for those struggling with challenging emotions. Our call will allow me to get a full understanding of your meditation goals ahead of our sessions. Our conversation will include an exploration of your prior meditation experience, history, traumas as well as any physical and/or mental health challenges that may impact your meditation experience. From there I'll be better able to create a bespoke meditation & mindfulness program to suit your needs, concerns, lifestyle and timeframe so that you get the best out of our sessions. I'll also guide a brief meditation.
