I work collaboratively with both established workers and young people, contemplating the next stage/s of their future.
My key focus is career development, and working with individuals looking to enter, re-enter, re-invent and/or progress their career. This may be looking at entering the workforce, mapping and aspiring to promotions or leadership roles, through to re-inventing their career in a totally new industry or role. My role is to work in partnership with them, to make it happen and assist them to be prepared and "career ready" for their stage or opportunity.
I also work closely with business owners and leaders on setting their strategy and establishing outcomes to drive the performance of their business. I have also had extensive experience in creating company culture, particularly focussing on our transition into a hybrid working environment.
Finally our young people are crucial to our future. As they reach years 11 & 12 or progress towards the completion of degrees, they often become perplexed and overwhelmed by the enormity of their next life stage, be it studying or their future employment prospects. My career coaching sessions tap into their strengths, experience and motivations to create an achievable pathway for my young clients. These sessions are gentle, collaborative and focus on a strength based model, instilling confidence and self esteem.
