Upon clarity of a goal, Matthew identifies the main roadblocks and root cause/s of your health issue/s. From there, a realistic plan is set in place to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. This includes working with archetypes, overall stress loads, behavioural patterns, dream analysis and specific lifestyle factors. Sessions with Matt can vary greatly depending on your personal needs. We are all as different on the inside as we are on the outside. A session would generally involve a consultation to begin with, allowing space to discuss physiological load. This includes diet, exercise, sleep, trauma, stress, injuries, medical history etc.
The main outcome is to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. Your session could involve, postural assessment, manual therapy treatment including visceral manipulation, dry needling and cupping, nutrition coaching, rehabilitation, counselling, personal training, strength and conditioning, energy healing, relationship counselling, medical massage and whatever else is needed. We will then plan realistic steps to move through road blocks to discover your potential.
The length of time it takes to heal is different for everyone and if programs are adhered to completely, it can take 1 month to reverse each year of dysfunction.
