Michelle is dedicated to support individuals on their journey to find a little calm through creating both self-awareness and an inner sanctum in this busy, sometimes challenging world. Qualified Teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation and Holistic Human Development and registered with Yoga Alliance & ITTA. Michelle has always valued health and fitness in her life, her style is calm and grounded, with care and attention on alignment and creating connection. Michelle is passionate about Yin Yoga and meditation as a beautiful modality to help you blossom from the YinSide out. When off the mat, immersing herself in continued learning also brings so much joy into her life as well as spending time with family, friends and she finds inspiration, travelling to colourful places, being in nature and getting creative with textile design and colour.
